American actor and musician Awkwafina debuted with sly rap tracks that tackled racial identity and sexuality with the most outrageous comedy perspective prior to broadening her reach to Hollywood. Nora Lum began her musical career as a musician on the trumpet. She was born in Forest Hills Queens, she was the daughter of Chinese immigrants and Koreans.
